Customs Duties for Orders from South America. All orders from South America are subject to customs duties. If a client refuses to pay customs duties despite being aware of the requirement, we will not issue refunds.
Shipping Restriction to Turkey. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide delivery service to Turkey due to the special customs policy in place.
China Post Refund Policy. Due to the revised policy of China Post, refunds can only be processed for parcels that have not been signed for after 6 months.

【Express Shipping】 Processing time of 3-5 business days + Shipping time of 5-7 business days (Total: 8-12 business days)
Customers who place an order or multiple orders (within 5 days) totaling over$180 are eligible for free express shipping.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. If you have registered an account with Retrosia, you can review your order and shipping details in your account profile.
Additional Customs and Import Duty
Certain countries require tariff declaration as part of their customs policy. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the import policy of your local country in advance. If your order incurs customs duty, you will need to contact your local customs office and make the necessary payment.
